The Access to Healthcare Chatbot is co-created by and with (un)documented people, NGOs, VU Amsterdam to address the gap in accessing healthcare. Combining lived experience and expertise with technical solutions, the chatbot delivers accessible, rights-based healthcare information in multiple languages and speech.
